I love sharing my background because it’s a great way to connect with clients. I was born and raised in Brazil and moved to the U.S. at 17, by myself, to learn English. I ended up staying for college, and the rest is history. I took my first photography class over 15 years ago, and ever since, I’ve always had a camera in my hand — capturing people, buildings, nature, and my favorite of all: my own family. Photography has become more than a passion; it’s the way I see and share the world.
My approach
Photography has taught me a lot about myself. Through this form of art, my creative self has flourished and given way to a kinder, yet more analytical look at life. A lifelong love for art and a perspective molded by having lived in five different countries and visited 40+ (and counting), have shaped the way I photograph. My multicultural background influences the way I see light, emotion, and connection, while my passion for art guides every composition. I aim to create images that feel intentional, warm, and deeply rooted in the stories they hold.
